How Evangelism Camps CHANGE lives...

Repent and Witness (RW) Evangelism Camps are open to both students and non-students, and are low-cost mission trips that provide:

  • Practical training in biblical evangelism (one-to-one witnessing, street preaching, subway preaching)
  • Team Leaders to help you put what you learn into action and lovingly encourage you out of your comfort zone to reach others
  • An opportunity to preach the gospel in some of the most diverse and populated areas
  • Group prayer and God-centered worship
  • Morning men/women devotionals
  • God-glorifying teaching that spurs you to action
  • Godly Christian fellowship

 

 

What can I expect from attending Repent and Witness?

Evangelism Camps are heavy duty. The schedule is structured so that you are always engaged in a meaningful activity. Leaders are there to encourage you to stay focused on the work at hand, gently pushing you to serve the Lord with greater courage and zeal. The outcome?

How much does a camp cost and what is included?

Each Repent and Witness missionary trip varies in cost due to location, activities, and ministry needs. Check out our various camps below for details on each camp, as well as the various aspects the cost covers. You will also find information on raising funds. If you are interested in donating towards a missionary, you may give to our Repent and Witness scholarship fund:

 

Do I need to have prior training in biblical evangelism to apply as a missionary?

Yes, you do and we provide that for you at no cost right here on our website! Check out our Get Trained page and prepare for battle. Once you have completed our audio/visual training (there is no "test"), you may apply to become a RW missionary! If you are already familiar with biblical evangelism, you do not have to complete the online training.

This training is not for RW alone, but for you as a Christian, as we are all called to fulfill the Great Commission: "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).

Locations: Queens, NY and various locations in New York City, including Times Square, Union Square Park, NYC subway system, Madison Square Garden, Staten Island Ferry, Penn Station, Battery Park.     

Application Deadline:  April 1, 2010

Mission Cost: Only $299 ($75 deposit due April 1st, remaining $224 due May 1st)! Includes breakfast, travel fare during evangelism camp, and your stay at a missionary hotel. Donate to support a missionary or to our scholarship fund.   

No refunds. Non-refunded payments may be donated to our Repent and Witness Scholarship Fund.

Description: Join us as we evangelize one of the most diverse cities in the world! Meet colorful residents and tourists from thousands of miles away. Give them the message that they may never hear in their home country. Warning: You will be stretched! 

This 4-day mission trip includes:

Many times a dedicated CCN member wishes to attend our camp, however he or she is unable due to a lack of funds. You can help by donating toward a RW scholarship!

 

 

 

Our international mission trip has been pushed back.

Now, slated for the summer of 2011, our first international mission trip will prayerfully be to Colombia.

Currently being developed, this unique evangelism camp will not only help train and encourage missionaries to get out of their comfort zone and preach the gospel with greater zeal, but this evangelism camp will also help train Christians in Colombia to preach the gospel biblically by partnering with RW missionaries in the field as translators.
